The Iowa PF Council Trust Fund provides cost share grants for wildlife habitat acquisition projects throughout the entire state of Iowa. It was created as another resrouce for chapters to use when looking to purchase ground or create more habitat within their local communities. All PF/QF chapters throughout Iowa are invited to become a member of the trust and continue the growth of public ground acquisition throughout the state. The Iowa PF Council Trust Fund provides cost share grants for wildlife habitat acquisition projects throughout the entire state of Iowa. As you can see below the trust fund has funded over $2.8 million in public land purchase support since it’s inception in 1989.
Membership in the trust fund requires a contribution of 10% of your chapter’s net banquet proceeds, normally within 30 days of your event. Your contribution helps to ensure the councils ability to support these projects in years to come. To become a member please complete the 10% Contribution Form.
